Notes of mandarin and white chocolate, with a bright acidity that brings each sip to life. 100% Bourbon.
Los Bellotos takes its name from the beautiful, protected Belloto trees that grow throughout the finca, providing the coffee plants with just the right amount of shade. The Izalco Volcano also offers natural protection from the winds blowing in from the Pacific Ocean.
Work here starts earlier than usual in the morning, as the afternoon mist can significantly reduce visibility.

Single shot: Blend 8- 8,5g | Single estate 8-9g | Limited edition 8,5 – 9,5g Double shot: Blend 15g-16g | Single estate16-18g | Limited Edition 17-18g
Grind
Grind your coffee to a consistency somewhere between plain flour and fine cornmeal
Tamp
Fill the portafilter with ground coffee, level it and tamp firmly
Brew
Brew your espresso and, if possible, enjoy it in good company!
